Greetings, I hope all of you have had an enjoyable summer and were able to make memories on the lake. All of us at Stevo’s have had a great summer with work and some vacation time. The summers always seem to go very fast and fall is here before we know it. As we prepare for the fall, we would like to go over a few items.
The dock/lift removal schedule is included at the bottom so everyone can plan accordingly. Our website (www.stevosinc.com) will be kept up to date with any schedule changes, so please keep checking back for any last minute updates. Unfortunately, due to weather and other issues that may occur, we cannot schedule specific dates for customers. We will also post the schedule on our facebook page. (Stevo’s Dock & Lift) Please follow and like if you haven’t done so.
LOW WATER LEVEL- as many of you are aware, the water levels are extremely low on many of the lakes. If you do not plan on coming up after Labor Day for an extended period, please consider pulling the boat or pontoon early so it isn't dry docked when you return.
Canopy Cleaning will also be offered. We will accept drop-offs or we can take them with us during the fall removal. Pricing will vary but will be an average of $150.00 for cleaning (more if extremely dirty) and $35.00 for winter storage.
Boat Lift Battery Storage and pre-charging is available for $45.00/ each. Batteries will be charged in spring prior to installation.
This summer there has been several issues with battery explosions. Thankfully, no one has been hurt, but the issue needs to be addressed. Anyone who has purchased a FUSIONWORKS SOLAR PANEL in the last 3 years from STEVO’S can receive a regulator for the solar panel at no additional cost. After hours of discussions with our suppliers and other dealers, the main source of the issue is that the panels are allowing the batteries to overcharge without a regulator in place. These are all plug-n-play and take about 1 minute to install. Please notify us if you need one.
We also have more room for standard indoor cold storage for boats and campers. If you would like to be added to the list, please send us an email (office@stevosinc.com) and we will send a pdf storage form to you directly.
If you are thinking about upgrading your Dock or Lift this coming spring 2027, please come early (Late fall- February) to discuss. This provides many advantages for you and us. It allows you to have more time to pay for it, increases odds to qualify for a promotion, ensures that we will have your order complete at the time of installation, and helps with scheduling and deliveries.
FINANCING NOW AVAILABLE! Upon qualifying, we even offer 0% for 12 months. This is something we have been working on for a while and happy to announce we finally will have it available starting this fall. The finance company we will be working with is HEARTH.
The majority of our customers pay their bills promptly and we thank you for that. Unfortunately, we have some customers with unpaid invoices from spring installation and before. We would strongly advise those who have outstanding balances to get your accounts up to date. Let me or Julie know if you need a copy of the invoice (stevemay@stevosinc.com or office@stevosinc.com ).
Please be sure to update our address in bill pay or any other payment systems that are used. USPS will NOT deliver to our old address any longer. Several people have been getting “undeliverable” back in the mail due to the old address.
